Shipping & Returns

Order Processing

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your order. Once packed and ready, you will receive an email with tracking details within 2 business days. Delivery times stated below are in addition to processing time.

 

Shipping

We ship orders across Malaysia at a flat rate:

  • West Malaysia: RM5
  • East Malaysia: RM10
  • Free shipping for orders over RM100

Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. We currently only ship within Malaysia.

Above Hydration is not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery or being unclaimed, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during public holidays or peak sales seasons.

 

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided items are unused and in their original condition. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

For safety and hygiene reasons, consumable products cannot be returned once opened, even if partially unused.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of delivery by emailing abovehydration@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure a fair solution.
